Instruction :
*Stand on a distant line to start.
*Keep your eyes on the target and get ready.
*Apply frisbee skills - grip, curve and throw.
*Throw at or through the target and hit as many times as you can.
*Count your score of successful hits.
(*The distance from the target can be changed as desire EX. 10 m, 20m.)

Instruction :
The Thunderstick Challenge is a fun activity that students can play anywhere. It's easy to learn and play. This physical activity helps students enhance their reflexes, hand-eye coordination and cooperation. Also, teachers can add different variations into the activities.
