Instruction :

It's a fun and exciting game of tag where everyone is always moving

even those who is frozen. When the music starts the taggers will run around to freeze everyone as soon as they can. Nobody can be unfrozen, but when you are frozen you must do a designated dance.

Instruction :

*Stand on a distant line to start.

*Keep your eyes on the target and      get ready.

*Apply frisbee skills - grip, curve and   throw.

*Throw at or through the target and   hit as many times as you can.

*Count your score of successful hits.

(*The distance from the target can be changed as desire EX. 10 m, 20m.)

Instruction :

The Thunderstick Challenge is a fun activity that students can play anywhere. It's easy to learn and play. This physical activity helps students enhance their reflexes, hand-eye coordination and cooperation. Also, teachers can add different variations into the activities.
